U.S. DOI/BIA Alaska Region-informational sheet in leasing your land
This form is for use by the landowner & tenant. The landowner/tenant negotiate the term, tenant contact information and finance should be included.
The filled form be returned to NVB Realty Department, the tenant must then call NVB Realty to fill out the FBMS form, this form is use by BIA for refunding tenant at the end of Lease.
Consent to Lease of Landowners: This will be fill out by NVB Realty after we have requested and received a Title Status Report (TSR) with current address of landowners (IIM) from Bureau of Indian Affair.
Cash Performance Bond: this is a Damage Deposit and must be paid prior to Lease and equal to the rent rate.
Proof of Insurance: The landowner/Tenant must purchase insurance to protect their property, call NVB Realty for more information.
IIM form: Landowners should fill out the IIM form to update their address and contract information, in this form is also “how you want to receive your monies, need financial information”.
Lease (Contract): This form will be prepared by NVB Realty after we have receive all forms above and reviewed by Landowners, a signed document will be provided to Landowners after approval of the Contract.
