Members & Terms of Office

To apply for membership, complete the Tribal Membership Enrollment Application and submit it to the Tribal Operations office.

Yes, enrolled members are eligible for tribal ID cards as proof of membership. Contact Tribal Operations for more information.

Members can complete the Relinquishment for Adult or Relinquishment for Child forms to voluntarily leave NVB membership. Access forms here.
