Tribal Operations Clerk

The Tribal Court Clerk (TCC) is responsible for corresponding with Tribal Court Judges and following up on Orders, Motions, and Judgements involving Indian Child Welfare Act matters, Adoptions, and all other matters or cases handled by the Court. The TCC ensures the organization of office files, supplies, and processes; helps to maintain consistency in the overall flow of court operations.

Human Resources Director

Leads and manages all HR functions for NVB, including recruitment, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and policy administration. Ensures adherence to Tribal, state, and federal regulations while supporting staff development and organizational goals. Works closely with Executive and Finance leadership. SHRM certification preferred.
