NVB Tribal Members

Native Village of Barrow has worked hard to secure additional funding for homeowners under the ARPA HAF Program. This program is available only until September 30, 2026, and all work and payments must be completed before that date in order to qualify.

This program is specifically for lower-income homeowners experiencing hardship and facing:

  • Delinquency that may lead to foreclosure
  • Utility disconnection
  • Repairs that may displace the homeowner from their home and are related to health and life safety
