Native Village of Barrow Clean Up Crew provides employment of Utqiagvik’s teens and young adults, and offers them experience in the work force while also aiding the community with the elimination of waste on tribal lands and lots. Child Care Administrator

Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of the Child Care Center program serving infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Work independently under broad organizational guidelines to achieve the Child Care Center goals and objectives. Ensure the Child Care Center adheres to all applicable federal, tribal, state and local regulations and requirements. Seek funding for the sustainability of the Child Care Center program. Assess program effectiveness including child and family outcomes, staff competencies and determine implementation strategies in partnership with Child Care Team, representatives, and partner agencies.
