SUMMARY OR PURPOSE The Administrative Intern facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. In addition, the Administrative Intern will work and assist the Administrative Manager with organization of his/her office, writing, filing, and other duties as requested by the Administrative Manager.

SUMMARY OR PURPOSE The Accounting Intern facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. In addition, the Accounting Intern will work and assist the Senior Accountant with organization of his/her office, writing, filing, and other duties as requested by the Senior Accountant. Office cleaning as necessary.

The Workforce Specialist is responsible for processing all client applications as well as any correspondence with all clients to ensure all applications are complete for all programs within the Workforce Department. Also, to provide administrative support to the director of Workforce.

The JPC Juvenile Program Coordinator ensures that all aspects of the Juvenile Program are administered in an effective and efficient manner.

Leads and manages all HR functions for NVB, including recruitment, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and policy administration. Ensures adherence to Tribal, state, and federal regulations while supporting staff development and organizational goals. Works closely with Executive and Finance leadership. SHRM certification preferred.
